This isn't a wellness brand.

It's a reckoning.

With what we were taught to feel. And what we were taught to bury.

I'm Lexi. And I didn't start this work healed.

I started it burning. Rage I didn't know what to do with. Grief I hadn't named yet. A job that was killing something essential in me, and the terrifying clarity that staying was no longer survivable.

I didn't find a program that held that. I didn't find a space where a woman could say "I am so angry I can't breathe" without someone rushing in to fix it, reframe it, or redirect it into something more comfortable for the room.

So I built one.

Wicked Women Rising exists because the rage is not the problem. The problem is that we were never given language for it, never given permission to feel it fully, never shown what it looks like when you turn it into fuel instead of ash.

This work is body-based, ancestrally-rooted, and spiritually honest. It's not about becoming a better version of yourself for the same old world. It's about becoming who you actually are — fully, loudly, without apology.

This work is built on four unbreakable truths.

  • Rage is sacred data.

Not a symptom to manage. Not a liability to contain. Your rage is ancestral, biological, and intelligent. It knows something. We're here to find out what.

  • Grief and rage are twins.

They were born in the same house. One doesn't move without the other. We don't skip the grief to get to the power. We go through it together.

  • The body keeps the score.

This isn't talk therapy. We work with where rage lives in the body — the jaw, the chest, the gut — because that's where the real transformation happens.

  • Sovereignty is the destination.

Not softness. Not healing-as-performance. Not becoming someone your oppressor is comfortable with. Sovereignty. Full power. In your own hands.
